2019 Paris Sportsman’s Club Event Dates and Newsletter
Hello Fellow Member,
The club would like to thank all of the members that gave their time and talents to keep the club operating and moving forward in 2018. It’s a lot to do to maintain all the areas of the club and keep up with all the functions. Any help is very much appreciated and earns work hours to help reduce dues.
You will find in this newsletter a calendar of event dates and also a list of officers with their phone numbers if you need any information. You can find lots of info and updated news and a calendar on the club’s web site at www.parissportsmen.com and on Facebook. Also, attending meetings will keep you updated about what’s going on around the club. Regular member meetings are held second Monday of every month.
We encourage members to participate in the Club sponsored events such as the fish fry, trap shoot, 3-D archery shoot, the rifle shoot, pistol target shoot, concealed carry shoot, the youth day in August (especially junior members), and all the other club functions scheduled throughout the year. These are great events that nourish the outdoor spirit and encourage comradery as well as help keep dues down.
In this packet, you will find 3 vehicle stickers. Members are required to have an ID sticker on any vehicle that they are driving on the club grounds including cars, trucks, atvs, motorcycles, etc. They must be visible. If you need more than 3 you can get them at meetings or from the secretary. Also, the tab on the membership card is to be removed and put in the club badge that is to be worn while on the club property. You will find the keypad number to gain access to the club house on your membership card. It is important that you have the stickers and badge with you on the club as it is a violation of club rules not to have them.
The keys to the locks on all the gates on the club property will not be changed for 2019. Keys are available at club meetings or from club secretary, Eric Swecker. The key pad number to the club house will not be changed in 2019. Do not give your key or key pad number to anyone!
Only members are to unlock any types of locks or doors anywhere and at any time while on the club and is responsible to lock back up afterwards.
